Hi Ladies
Wondered if you can advise please.
I have been traced by Coyle White Devine u.k and have just received a u.k county court money claim on behalf of their client ENBD re unpaid creditcard/loan debt from 2013.- reduced thankfully to the principle sum of £70k.
The cards were opened june 2012 and loan January 2013.
Please can you advise re jurisdiction and statute status and if I may fight this as was unfortunately coerced into obtaining the debt by my partner at the time.
I am British and living in the uk.
Anyone know of a similar situation or can advise.
Recently been made redundant so very stressed too :(
