As far as I know, there isn't one central website with info but the equestrian community is not that large and hence not a large selection for most things (events, retail outlets etc). There are a few places here to get riding gear- Horseworld in Nad al Sheba, Emerta on Sheikh Zayed Rd, Polo club at Arabian ranches also has a small store and I've heard that there's a sports shop recently opened in Mirdiff City centre that has horsey gear. there used to be a fairly active coffee morning once a month that met up for exchange of info. Things have been a little quiet this season, but might be worth checking out http://www.hobbyhorseme.com/ they also have a facebook page.
