We thought this may be useful for some of you. The news recently reported that public schools in Dubai have changed their school hours.
As of May 1, 2016, the UAE Ministry of Education has reduced school timing by an hour. The new timings will effect all public schools from the current school year.
The boys schools will now begin at 7:15 am and end of at 12:50 pm for the first stage. The second and secondary will end at 1:35 pm instead of 2:35 pm.
The girls' schools will all star at 8:00 am, however, the first stage will end at 1:35 pm instead of 2:30 pm and the second and secondary stage will end at 2:20 pm instead of 3:20 pm.
