just seen this and see that Ali has sent you the forms. You can drop her at the polo office you don't need to be there yourself.... better to get it done here rather than chance it being done in Manila - plust at least she will then get all her vacation time there and not hanging around an office in Manila. It costs twice the amount to have it done in Manilla and they still need sponsor details and signature.

Just done this, you need a form a passport copy of the sponsor and a copy of the sponsors visa, the form gets filled in by the sponsor and signed then your maid takes it with the paperwork (2 copies of each) to the polo office. It has to have a sponsors signature.

I didn't know about the forms when I sent my maid away on holiday, whilst she was there I found out about them and had a huge panic, spoke to the maid next door and she said not to worry, my maid will sort it all in Manilla. And she did. She arrived back in Dubai after her holiday with no issues.

Hi Bianca, I've just sent this through to you. These are the forms that Claire forwarded to me last year. Hope you get it sorted. It wasn't a very difficult process once we had all the forms completed, our maid went to the office and got it done in a day. The only thing she had an issue with was she needed a copy of her contract stamped by Immigration, we did her visa through the DIFC so I just took it down to them and they got it stamped for me. You may already have a copy that is stamped though.

You maid can get this done in Manilla without any issues. I know my maid did. Are you REALLY sure about that??? I just recieved an email with the forms (Thank you Alison) and it says that the maid has to appear in person WITH THE SPONSOR but he is in India until the 25th. And she is leaving in two days!!!!
