My glasses need replacing, paint peeling and scratched lenses plus I now need to take them off to do close work (old age catching up on me again :-)).
Anyone purchased varifocal lenses here recently? Are they cheaper here than the UK? What about the cost of frames, sight test etc? Recommendations of opticians would also be welcome. Or should I wait until my next visit to the UK?
