Victory heights villas v meadows villas and community pools?
I know this has been discussed seva times before
But would appreciate info
Moving from Australia
To dubai in auagust
We have seen victory heights villas which are lovely but also love meadows more as it is kuch more green not only in the community itself but all around it
Victory heights is surrounded by buildings and dust - in the golf course too I feel - but I wanted peoples opinions
I have two boys 11 and 13 so also looking for community pools - not pool in the house - too much headache
But which has much nicer pools? And I feel the meadows had much nicer aspects such as lakes and gardens ? But through the to ask as we had a rushed viewing of both areas in a couple hours
The villas def nicer in victory heights but meadows (1-6) we can find a renovated one right if we are patient?
If def victory heights hen which particularly streets or areas have the lake or - green - golf course views? And close to pool? Thanks again
And the boys will be going to Kings Al Barsha so driving I think is similar distances from
Both areas
Please advise and if anyone knows no agent villas coming up could you please post to me? Or is there a website which advertises direct from lanoord properties? Thanks again
