We've lived in The Greens for 3 x years and we love it and have never felt a need or want to move. Yes, it's one of the more expensive areas in Dubai (compared to like JVT etc) but it's worth it.
It's green, clean, got a nice lake, shops, salons, eateries, close to SZR, and the best part, it's animal friendly! :) So lots of [mainly neutered'> cats around and people taking their dogs for walks.

Also,does anyone live / or have an opinion about Paloma Tower in the Marina. Especially for a commute to Internet city.

I lived in the Marina for 2 years and have lived in the Views/Greens for 4 years
I hated the Marina, it was too busy, noisy and all the high buildings
I love the Views/Greens. Quiet, clean, green, friendly, close to the Malls/shops etc
