Plenty of families with kids and plenty of kids playing outside. The landscaping picked up and as soon as it's finished in phase one it'll be fab. As a family we love the community, fab neighbours, gorgeous houses, 20 min from everywhere thanks to the fast highways at hand (311, E66 & 611) Lakes Lucy that's the way emslre mentionned;) There are quite a lot of villas advertised on Dubizzle and other website so keep looking. If renting a Mazaya make sure DEWA is already connected and in any case get a DEWA statement showing nothing is due. Best wishes for the house hunting xxx

I know Rosina at Harbour deals with that area and she is fabulous, never known such a hard working agent. 043 251616. When we have been there there is always lots of kiddies out on their bikes and skates. We looked last year, and got quite a few friends who have moved there now. Didn't rate Tomas at all though, didn't return calls and didn't find us anything.

I drove from Safa Park back home today and it took me 20mins.... Quizzme will be faster than that, I'm still a newbie to the roads... Very happy living here, very central to everywhere. New Spinneys at DSO or the one at MC... There are alot empty as they have not yet been handed over, Helena is very helpful and also lives here so knows her way around quite well. You can also try Green Heights (Mohammed). Hey Thanks for that very grateful Yes went into the new spinneys yesterday very nice . . . 20 mins that sounds good got my eldest going to JC in September !! If there is a short cut I will find it as I like a challenge !! Guess it depends on the time of day too..... from here I go, Emirates Road, 66 and onto the 69.

Which part are you in ? I have been up there the last 2 days but its so big am somewhat confused as to what is for rent and what isn't !!! There seems to be a lot of empties in the part I was looking ? Whats it like for commute to say Um Suqueim and Safa area ? Anyone know ??
