Did you looking at airbnb or some similar resources?

Yes I did, but the available options are on Palm and Nakheel has restrictions on hosting events (to avoid disturbing residents). No other good options I could see.

The villa in Kempinski is very expensive - more than 20000 AED per night. I know one lady who is renting the villa on Palm (4 beds, pool and beach access) the party is allowed and max 15 pax, but they need copies of all ID's and deposit of 10K, also the price is 11K per night but i guess 1K is commission as she is an agent. 0502972483 - her name is Lena
