@UK273 & Horizonmum2, if you can change your mind for the location and can throw the party in AR, I know of a villa with nice green grass in the garden and lovely blue pool. Have no idea of the cost though but can check it out. Let me know in case you want to go for it. HI Wimd777 Do you still have the villa available? I am looking for an office party. thanks Hi soppy, Yes it is. Send me your e-mail address pls. Sorry for the late reply.

Hi Rosy24, What kind of party is it? Loads of different options around, depending on budget and whether you want alcohol, catering etc etc.... Here are some suggestions: 1. The two places people used to hire years ago for parties were Coral Boutique Villas in Al Barsha www.coralboutiquevillas.com and bungalows in Al Ghantoot at www.goldentulipaljazira.com. I don't know the condition of either today, perhaps someone could give some updates. 2. Ski Chalet - Kempinski MOE - www.kempinski.com/en/dubai/mall-of-the-emirates/rooms-and-suites/ 2. Getaway by the sea - Bin Majid Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah, Cute chalets for hire 3. For something a little Arabesque - www.arabiannightsvillage.com 4. Glamping party - www.adventure.ae/accommodation/al-bidya-camp/ - this is opening this month 5. Hire a motor home - www.dubaimotorhomerentals.com/motorhome-tours-video/

A few years ago Emaar sent something out to all Ranches residents saying party rentals were not allowed and I haven't seen anything since saying that they had changed their minds. You would need to check with Emaar first. Security guards do regular patrols too, so they'd be likely to notice if yesterday's unoccupied house was suddenly full of partygoers...

Are short term rentals allowed at AR? I don't know about you but I'd be pretty hacked off if my neighbour randomly let the property out to strangers for parties all the time.... I know the palm used to allow this and they clamped down on it. Just not sure it's fair in a residential area.
