I'm using Forever Living's Product for my supplements and so far they are far more effective than taking centrum or perfectil. I personally recommend this two products [b'>"FOREVER BEE POLLEN"[/b'> Bee Pollen contains trace amounts of easily absorbed vitamins C, D, E, K, beta-carotene (Vitamin A), B complex, minerals, enzymes, coenzymes, plant-source fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins, and 22 amino acids (including all 8 essential acids). A boost to energy and stamina, Forever Bee Pollen can assist in maintaining a healthy circulatory, digestive, immune, and nervous system. It contains 100 Tablets (500mg per Tablet) [b'>"FOREVER ROYAL JELLY"[/b'> Gives you energy and metabolism a boost while fighting stress. Along with enzymes, Forever Royal Jelly contains trace amounts of protein, minerals, vitamins A, C, D, E and B Complex, essential amino acids, plus secondary amino acids. Contains 60 Tablets. There are other good products from Forever Living. This are all natural products and it's surely help me become healthy. If you are interested to know more of the products, I can help you.

I was told last week by a GP that we are all lacking in ZINC here. Im not sure why- it could be the water we drink- maybe too much bottled- who knows- anyway- ZINC is the promoter of skin health and healing so its worth a try. My DH has been struggling with what was assumed was dermatitis and rosacea for the last year. He was given doxycycline for months with no results except a miserable stomach. 2 weeks into a dailty supplement of Zinc and he is clear of the rash and feeling great. Its too much of a coincidence- so Im trying it too- for the perpetual breakout I seem to have had since moving here 4 years ago. Heres hoping. Other supplements I know that are for low energy are vitamin b complexes and ginseng- but take vit B sparingly if you have an acne related problem as it can cause flares (also news to me from a doctor) The Life Pharmacy in Motor City is very helpful and has a user friendly referencing screen to help you decide which product is best for you.

while we are at it, which one is better PERFECTIL or CENTRUM? TIA x Depends on what you want: if you need a nutritional supplement, then Centrum as a broad spectrum multi vit & mineral product. Perfectil targets more skin, hair and nail conditions.

I use Centrum multi vit & minerals, 1 box (90 pcs) for 3 months. Don't see a big price difference.

No Blackmores here :( Can someone send it for you? If not ask if anyone is going home and can bring it back for you. I have brought back vitamins (Blackmores, Swisse and Centrum Multi) for people in the past. [i'>I am seeing my husband in Langkawai late March and can ask him to bring some for you if you are not sorted by then.[/i'>

I get all mine from Life Pharmacy or the organic shop - but I often pick some up if I'm back in the UK. I like Solgar and Biocare.Good luck!

I found it less expensive to buy my vitamins and supplements in my home country and then have them shipped to me. There are 'nutrition' (I use that word lightly) stores in the malls that have a wide but often costly range. The organic stire also has a small range that cater to people who want vegan/vegetarian viatmains but they also come at a premium. There is also a small chance that you can get the same range you used in your home country in Dubai. If you mention the name someone may have seen it about. HTH :)

I have just run out of my usual vitamin supplement supply brought from my home country when I moved a few months ago. Just wanting some recommendations of what you ladies have found particularly good bought from here. I usually take a fish oil cap and a multi vitamin everyday. I am generally VERY healthy but can have low energy levels (prob due to running around after the kids all day!) Some advice on where to buy here as well. TIA :)
