Hi ladies,
Do landlords have any obligations regarding water tank cleaning? I read somewhere the other day that it was a legal requirement.
Our villa is about 15 years old and tank has never been cleaned, well not by the landlord anyway (I checked with the management). Yuck!
Or is it more usual for tenants to arrange and pay for this?
