BF: tofu mixed with 1/2 avocado, berries and 1 tsp home-made sugar free applesauce Lunch: moussaka (beluga lentils, chickpea, aubergine, tomato and goat cheese) and a tsp. of home made hummus, cucumbers Dinner: most likely will be moussaka, minced beef patties (maybe with spinach), hummus with vegetable sticks and some rice for DH. Going sugar-free, yeast-free, egg-free and trying as much as i can glutten-free (why the heck i did that Intolerance test =( )

Lunch - chicken escalope, green salad and a small slice of carrot cake dinner - hmmm..too lazy today.. i may actually be tempted by my cat's dinner - Whiskas! lol maybe i'll have some noodles :)

when they're cooked two poached eggs on toast editing to add dinner: baked sweet potato with some sort of filling probably smoked fish & yoghurt as hubby won't be back in time <em>edited by SusieH on 09/02/2011</em>

ok Izzy, you earned it then. I also did, after 5km on the treadmill, I was allowed anything I wanted. Think you may be missing the point of the treadmill......:)

Izzy...how perfect. welcome to the guzzlers. Not sure if it counts as i had to walk to the grocery store to get them - felt a bit too lazy to call for that (although I usually do)

Lets see, this morning I had quite a lot of coffeee, and then I had sausages and eggs. For lunch I had mc donalds and right now I am eating a mini snickers and a chocolate fish all the way from NZ. For dinner we will be begining the carbo load with spag bol.

whole wheat noodles with pak choy and shitake mushrooms in oyster/soy sauce with burnt garlic! thats for dinner kindly suggested by DH who is going to conjure this up.... thanks to his recent craze for cooking! Lunch... simple green salad with balsamic vinegar only. And half a bar of kit kat.... ;O)
