Are you advertising for a nanny - I think those that reply to nanny adverts expect more money and have delusions of grandure! Advertise for a housemaid and mention in the ad that you are a family with 1/2/3 kids.....you may well find you will be interviewing nicer ladies that way...... just a thought and worth a try.....[/quote]
