In London we have a Japan Center that sometimes sells Hello Kitty Molds and sometimes cakes shaped as different cartoon characters. Does Dubai not have something similar?

My friend just did one for her daughter's bday.
Betty Crocker cake mix (easy to do)
Then when cooked, cut out into cat face shape (round with two ears at top)
Cover in white fondant icing.
Make pink bow out of fondant icing & put on one ear.
Two black circles for eyes & one yellow one for the nose.
Then black piping for the whiskers.
I know two ladies who make cakes from home if you need their details.
