You'd get a 4 bed in Mirador or Alvorada for that type of money. Less for a 3 bed Saheel I think. That's plenty of budget to get a beautiful villa in AR. Al Reem have bed villas and they are reasonably priced. Take a look at Dubizzle for rental cost ideas, they are fairly accurate.

what would 235k year give you in AR ( at the moment we are in a 5 bed 4,000sq ft villa ) are there any comparable / similar thanks. my son is also looking for a 2 bed of reasonablely cheapish rent where would they be. walking distance to shops would be nice but not essential, no children so no need to be near the school and no need to visit the mosque , are there any nurseries in AR thanks.

Everywhere in AR is nice!! I don't think you'll get anyone to say one are is more dsirable than others - that wouldn't be very smart, given that so many EW users live there. Perhaps if you give details of what you need and what your budget is you may get the info you're looking for - eg. no of bedrooms, walking distance of shops etc.

All areas are desirable but some may not be suitable for you. First issue is budget. Some of the communities only have expensive houses in them. Think +250 k per year. Others may be too small for you. What's your budget and how many bedrooms do you need?

I want input too. Our budget is 125 and could go up to 135. We got two little boys and would like a decent size yard since we have a play unit.

it's all lovely, I have been here 11 years and moved to the Ranches in January, wish I'd moved here as soon as it was built.
