where to unlock Blackberry using flash cable?

Hi there
Anyone know who/where I can take my Blackberry Torch (locked to Orange network until I have had it for three months min) to be unlocked? I have tried a few branches of Minutes and Al Falak Electronics but they only do it by MEP code (now used up 9 unsuccesful attempts and no wish to discover what happens after the last attempt!) So now I need someone who uses the software and cable method...
Any ideas gratefully received!
