I was recently in one of the branches of a more well-known salon here in Dubai... Minding my own business as I began my treatment, until a woman came in, sat in her chair and the staff asked if she wanted a drink.
She said she wanted a Starbucks coffee, get a piece of paper and write down her order... Gave the staff member the money... and off she went to get this customer her coffee
Which by the way, was literally from just over the way in the centre
I was flabbergasted!!! She couldn't get her coffee herself before turning up at the salon?
