20 mo old not settling at nursery
Hi all, am in need of some advice. Since early Jan. we have put our 20 month old in nursery two mornings a week. We are expecting #2 in May and thought it would be good for her. I stay home, so it isnt a necessity. She finally settled after 3 weeks, we had one good week and then this week was not so good. She just couldnt settle, couldnt be comforted. Normally she is a very confident little one. We have loads of faith in the nursery and the staff there, quite frankly she has them a bit stumped.
So, am wondering if anyone else has had a little darling with the same predicament? We had thought to perhaps get a live in sooner rather than later (this would have happened when #2 was a year-ish and i hopefully go back to work). We are thinking that maybe nursery is just not for her at this age.
