If the used pump you purchase is a "closed system" pump, then it's perfectly safe to purchase and use one that has been used by others. If it's an open system, like the Medela pumps, there is a slight risk of transmitting infections and illnesses as the milk can come in contact with the motor. To my knowledge, the Lanisoh and Ameda pumps are closed system. Replacing the other pump parts would be more than sufficient to ensure its safe for your baby.

If i buy one electric but used , is there rechange for the silicon place to buy only this part new but the elecyric machine is used !!?????
