Hi ladies, due my first baby July and thinking we should do an antenatal class, any advise out there, planning to have the baby in city hospital and they have a course starting on the 4th. Any advise greatly appreciated

Thanks for that, they have a one day class that starts on the first Saturday of every month from 10-4 for 1,500aed. So I've just booked in.

I went to coopers health clinic it was a one day course and ran by a British midwife, would highly recommend. They also run a free baby cafe every other Sunday and you can go before and with baby and they provide coffee and muffins and you can also get baby weighed ?
