Any feedback on Dr Farnaz or Medcare hospital please?

Hi All
I'm due 20th March and starting to look into all my birthing options more closely. I've been seeing Dr Farnaz at Family First and have been very happy with her so far. However I know that she only delivers at medcare and some of the research I have done on Medcare has not been very positive in terms of natural birthing and being pushed into a c section when its not what you want. I'm keen for a natural birth (assuming no medical problems) and Dr Farnaz seems supportive of that, tho the only two friends I know that have used her have both ended up with c sections.
So I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on either that they could share? I'm reluctant to change Dr's at this stage, but am now looking into bringing in a doula to maybe assist in the birth - any recommendations on that would also be appreciated.
Thanks everyone :)

Anyone got any feedback on Medcare please?? I need to decide by tomorrow whether to stick with my Dr and Medcare or whether to switch to a new dr (I can go with either Dr Raj or Braithwaite at American). Big decision considering that I am 30.5 weeks and need to be closely monitored between now and the end date seeing as I have a single umbilical artery condition.

So the three doulas that I have contacted today all tell me that they won't do Medcare bookings as it is such an unfriendly hospital for natural births. Seriously thinking about changing Dr's now, which is the last thing that I wanted at 30 weeks :(
