For four days now.... Took him to ER and the doc said its from a virus just by looking at it. He said it will go away by itself. Its actually gotten worse and spreading. My boy doesnt seem to be bothered or uncomfortable but Im worried. No medication was given. Anyone else has experienced this?

Appletiser Hi, My toddler woke up this morning with the same thing. To me it looked like she was covered with literally hundreds of mozi bites. Diagnosed as erythema multiforme minor. When I looked it up on the net it did seem worse than the doctor made it out to be. I'm going to get a second opinion anyway as the pics on net are really mild compared to what babe looks like. Have you been to the doctor with your babe yet?

Oh no ! Have you tried the clinic on the ranches? ( don't know where u are based ) but they seem good at giving quick appointments, we've just dropped in before and been seen. Is the rash getting any better ?

Yes he feels warm but not high enough for a fever. I cant get appointments anywhere. Everyone seems to be fully booked weeks in advance. :(

Babies do get a rash when they have a virus , and usually is caused when they get a temp, but it's strange it's getting worse and not better , does your baby feel warm ? Maybe worth getting a second opinion from your paediatrician ? Hope the little guy gets better soon x
