Hi! Officially my first thread on Expat Woman...
I moved to Dubai in March - loving it - but I need some advice from all the moms over here. I'm considering starting a party planning business - basically doing themed parties for moms-to-be, babies and toddlers. Would anyone be interested in something like this or is the market pretty saturated already? The venue I had in mind is Shoreline apartments on Palm Jumeirah, they have a really nice room and I've seen moms having parties there before. My absolute passion is baking cakes, graphic designing, wrapping gifts, so I do think that what I'll offer is pretty unique and very stylish.
What do you think? Should I pursue this idea?
