I feel your pain MischC. I'm 28 weeks and still having break-outs (they have only settled down a tiny bit from the first trimester). I find washing my face twice daily with Cetaphil (a very gentle skin cleanser) helps some. It definitely makes me feel like an awkward teenager though! Good luck!
