Not exactly regarding pregnancy... But it's helping me prevent it for a little while! However, I doubt I will be keeping my IUD for very much longer after already having it a few years. I had it inserted in the UK... Has anyone also done this, then had it removed here? Where did you go/who did you go to?

Any gynecologist should be willing to remove an IUD. The only potentially painful bit is their use of a speculum (if they're not skilled), then it's out in 5 seconds. I had mine removed by Dr Zainab Kazim at Al Shunnar Clinic in Jumeira. Thank you for the recommendation! :biggrin:
