ps. one tip....dont eat only healthy food, healthy food gets u a large baby since babies extract only the healthy stuff from what u need so go nuts n eat also a bit unhealthy food. a normal size baby is great but an oversize baby aint that great ahhahahaha. Wish I had someone to tell me that when I was pregnant :(

well obviously there are some meds you should avoid, I wouldn't just take anything and "leave it up to God", but so long as you check out whatever you are taking, and only take it if you really NEED to, then thats all you can do. Much better to focus on a healthy diet and a happy lifestyle, of you really want to get into it, stress is bad for your fetus so relax and enjoy your pregnancy. ;)

Not sure if it will make u feel any better.. but with i did take anti histamines and paracetamols during pregnancy 1... outcome: perfect baby boy For my second pregnancy i dint take a single med, dint even have fizzy drinks.. outcome: perfect little girl, but she does have a slight medical condition. So u figure the math :) Its entirely upto god/nature what we r given.. we just pray for the best :)

just feeling a little guilty again about the allergy spray i am taking... apart from that i have only ever taken navidoxine and a couple of paracetamols. I get bad allergies too and throughout my whole pregnancy I continued to take my allergy tabs, with the approval of my Ob/gyn of course. My baby came out alright... no strange, freaky twitches! Honest!! :D Also took Navidoxine ;)

I was taking the usual vitamins and well this might sound funny but through out the whole pregnancy I was on laxatives as I was wayy to constipated. the laxatives which were actually recommended for pregnant women did not help me a lot so had to go the whole way on Dulcolax. im also having asthma so ya i was having a puffer but my little man came out just fine I just lost 2 teeth and my front 2 teeth became totally transparent for some reason, and lost buckets full of hair :) hahahahaha I did get a pretty hairy baby though *_)*

Yep anti histamine due to hives I always get during my pregnancies, also I have R Arthritis so I have to take an injection of enbrel every week , if I don't I won't be able to physically look after my children now or my 3 rd when it's born. Had to be my tough decision as it isn't proven to be safe to take during pregnancies....but hey I have a perfect 2 yr old and I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my 3 rd and it's just as healthy :) don't feel guilty over some nasel spray.
