Dr Badi wasnt my OBGYN for my first baby in 2011, but she did do my ultrasounds and was also assisting my doctor for my C-section delivery. She did all my special ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy and did my 4D scan. I was very impressed with her professionalism and how caring she was. I had brought my mum, dad and brother with me for the 4D ultrasound and she was chatting to them and joking and explaining every little part on the ultrasound - the best experience ever. From my experience, I would even consider Dr. Badi for my next baby if my OBGYN is not available

Just to add another opinion, I saw Dr Badi about a year ago, not for a pregnancy but for a Pap test. I was so thoroughly unimpressed that I decided to never go back and I would certainly never have considered her for a pregnancy, though she does appear to be well qualified. She was almost an hour late for our appointment and it wasn't because of a hospital emergency, I asked, she was super rushed and unfriendly, the whole exam and test took no more than 5 minutes. And I was a new patient wanting to discuss my plans for starting a family and asking her advice....needless to say that didn't materialize. A very disappointing experience in my book.

Sorry to hear about your experience Zeynab. I have had a great pregnancy with dr. Badi - I felt comfortable, never rushed and all my questions have been aswered. At some point she recommended a consultation with the Fetal Clinic in London (it has been explained in details why); I was upset, but she took her time to explain the reasons. Luckilly DS was born perfect little man. Dr. Badi did not make it to delivery room, but she did a fantastic job stiching me.

Oh dear thx, actually I didn't had a good experience with her. Wouldn't b recommending her anymore.i had a missed miscarriage. On first appointment she said I had molar pregnancy n on 2 nd she said it was ectopic pregnancy n she was not concerned at all.i had blood test taken but didnt receive any call from her regarding my reports. I would like to warn all the ladies before they see dr Amal badi.

Was reading a thread from Zeynab in Dec asking if anyone knows Dr Badi. Zeynab you are a lucky lady. Dr Badi is outstanding! She is Avery talented Dr and Dubai is lucky to have her! She is excellent in ultrasound, a specialist actually and both her obs and gyn care is thorough and professional. I have been a patient of hers for years, since before she came to Dubai and I travel here to continue seeing her! Watch over the next few years as she too becomes one of the "well known Drs here"
