I bought the Ergo and i highly Recommend it. I got it from a store at ibn batutta mall think it was called Bauhause. I would go for the model with the pocket on the front not the sporty one just due to that you have a pocket to out a diaper and some money in when you just nip out quickly for something, also when i was traveling alone in the summer the pocket was great for passport and tickets o that i had them handy all the time and safe. My sister have had both the Ergo and BabyBjörn and says the Ergo is more comfortable to wear with your child. ;)

I love mine and, like Beany, bought it because the positioning is supposed to be healthier for the baby compared with others (Babybjorn). I got the sport one which is very lightweight material and breathable to prevent getting too hot and sweaty. It's so comfortable, I can wear my sturdy 5 month in it for 2 hours easily. I do have the infant insert but haven't really been able to use it as I had a summer baby and it was far too hot to use. I also have a moby wrap but the ergo sport is just as lightweight and much quicker and easier to put on.

thanks ladies. Yeah I figured the insert will get warm. Baby may be here in four weeks and basically I need the carrier for the school run when taking the two older ones and maybe the grocery shopping trips. By the time we need it for our visit back home he'll be too old for the insert. I saw on baby souk that there was a newborn package so I may go with that. Good to know its fairly easy to use. I love the lightness of the wraps but holding the baby with one hand and doing the wrap with the other scares me. I'm afraid to drop LO.

Has anyone used one of these before?? I have a sleepy wrap and was considering a mei tei carrier but I don't think I'm coordinated enough to wrap it and hold the baby at the same time. I also noticed that ergo baby has the infant insert which is what I would need. So please any feedback would be appreciated.
