Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if anyone had experience with flying from UK/Europe with a stroller but without a baby with them!?
I am pregnant and would like up bring a stroller back to Dubai with me but do not know if I'll have to check it (& pay excess) or if I can just gate check it!
If it makes a difference I will be flying Swiss air.

Thanks!

Might be best to check directly with the airline on this. However, I believe that since you are not traveling with a child, it will be treated as regular piece of baggage and will have to be checked. Babies get their own baggage allowance (stroller being one), even if they do not have their own seat.
