I've been following your posts on your IVF journey and just wanted to send you a massive congratulations on your BFP! I'm absolutely thrilled for you!

I hope from here on everything goes smoothly with your pregnancy. I had a high risk pregnancy myself and its very important you rest and try to relax as much as possible, both physically and mentally.

I'm in JBR as well so if you need anything please give me a shout. I'd be happy to help out.

FX for no morning sickness- mine was horrendous! :\:

All your pelvic muscles soften during pregnancy and all the stretching can cause discomfort. Keep an eye on it as some women get this worse than others. I'd mention it to your doc so that they can give some solutions. I had a super thick belt which really helped but wasn't terrifically flattering! Lol. Good luck.

Thanks so much I feel the love and support. I have met with another EW who is due at the same time and I find it hugely supportive too. I want to be very excited and start planning and daydreaming, but I am very anxious as this time is quite risky. I don't think Ill relax until the 4th month, or even after the downs test. So, I am feeling a mixture of disbelief, anxiety and excitement. My joints are very sore around the hips, groin and pelvis and I find its only walking which eases the pain - but too tired (and hot) to walk on most days. I kinda wish I had been more active prior to the pregnancy but alas too late for that now. Did you have the downs test (blood test, scan) and what week is that done? At what stage can they tell the gender? Thanks again for the message and support
