Hi there,

Does anyone know if there are any french or Arabic speaking playgroups, mums and tots sort of thing? My friend only speaks french and Arabic and has just moved to Dubai and doesnt know a soul. She lives in springs. Can anyone help? Please.
eta baby is only 6 months so no need for nursery yet.
