Poor DD has just puked over her entire cot right down through the water proof under sheet and mattress cover. The mattress itself is also damp and smells terrible. Luckily I have a spare mattress so she's back down to sleep on that for now, however, in the morning I need to find a solution for the mattress.
On the Stokke website it says that the mattress can be washed up to 100 degrees centigrade but since it won't fit in the washing machine I'm contemplating washing it with the garden hose and leaving in the sun to dry. Anyone have any thoughts on this approach?
Thank you!
