Is this for your newborn? I think Al wasl gives you a temporary health card? Then you can get the permanent one made after your passport is ready. im not sure if the procedure has changed now. I know the Al bada'a community clinic deals with health card issues.
Get their number off the DHA website and call and check with them. Best is to go there if possible. Location is just behind shangrila hotel ( first interchange) right next to wellington primary school.

I have created a patient ID on the DHA website but it won't let me create a new patient user registration, can I goto Al Wasl to complete this and pick up the health card there??
