how to get them to the potty in time for #2s?

My DS is in nursery and is finally doing great potty training but always ended up doing the #2s in his pull ups at nap time. Of course now that he's there longer he ends up having to go at school. How do you get them there in time for those oops ones or is it going to be lots of accidents for a while?
