How to open file at Corniche Hospital

Hi there!
I am trying to open a file at the Corniche hospital in order to deliver my baby there in June. According to their website you need to phone to make an appointment to open the file or send a request via email. I have tried both options, but get no answer on any of the phone numbers and they have not replied to my email (sent 3 weeks ago).
Has anyone opened a file there recently? The procedure seems to have changed recently as I believe previously you could just go and open the file without phoning first for an appointment.
Any advice very welcome! Should I just go there and try to open the file without having an appointment?
