Hypoallergenic formula and baby poop

Since three days I've started LO on Aptamil hypoallergenic formula after doc suggestion as she has mild eczema. LO's poop is now muddy green and just wondering if anyone else using this formula has experienced the same? Will it stay green as she adjusts to the new formula and then go back to normal or will it stay green as long as she's on the formula? The poop also smells much worse now. Not sure if I should continue or go back to the old formula......
