Hiya
DD is 1yo and I have been thinking about starting to give her a bit of honey with some of her foods. I haven't looked into it so I was curious how to go about it. Any suggestions about how to introduce it, what brands or types or am I over thinking it?
TIA :-)

lol you are over thinking, we also eat manuka honey but truthfully although it has more nutrients than refined sugar, honey is pretty much just another form of sugar, don't add it if you don't need to, once you add things like salt or sugar its hard to convince them to go back. Probably pasteurised is safest, most commercially bought honey will be.

I think 1yo is the suggested age although I haven't checked recently and these things change! I introduced it from 1 by using it in homemade biscuits. I always buy NZ honey, I'm biased being from there though ;) NZ manuka honey is great.
