Hi ladies,
I've found Dr. Elsa, she is setting up her own clinic in DHCC building 72. It's called Dr Elsa New Concept Clinic and its on the 2nd floor.
I spoke to her practice manager and she told me that they are waiting for their inspection this week in order to officially open but are hoping to open next week.
The clinic phone number is 04 5547273 but they can't book any appointments until they have passed the inspection so try calling next week.
So glad I finally found her!
