Ivf with high prolactin and insulin

I am pcos. My insulin and prolactin is mild high. Recently I met three doctor in UAE. ( fakih, pankaj, firoza,) after seeing my reports doc pankaj said, "first treat your insulin and go for Ivf" Doctor firoza said," treat your insulin and prolactin then go for Ivf because high insulin and prolactin is a big issue" Doctor fakih said , "you are ready and go for Ivf. Your insulin and prolactin are mild high not very high" I am very confused.what I do? Any one have same problem and got success by Ivf plz help
