im 30 weeks pregnant and really want to get away with my 5 yr old and husband either for xmas or new year. Any ideas of hotels? they all seem over AED 5k for 2 nights. I don't want to go too far , maybe abudhabi, fujairah or RAK.

Jebel Ali Beach Resort is great with young children. Feels like a proper break away yet so close by. We always stay in the Palm Tree Court part of it, it's nicer than the main hotel. http://www.jaresortshotels.com/Hotels/Home.aspx
