Has anyone done this? This is going to be my first delivery in Dubai (back home everything is totally different). And I wanted to bring my DH with me for the tour as well.
I was wondering if I need to ask my ob/gyn to place a request for this or this is all up to me (i.e. i need to call and do the booking)?
And who do I need to ask about what should I bring with me and what hospital would provide (is it ob/gyn or someone from the tour)? Or perhaps, someone with recent experience delivering in Zahra could share this too?

I did a tour at Al Zahra over the summer, and subsequently delivered there in October. If I remember correctly, the tours are conducted twice a week. Just call the main number for the hospital and they will let you know the times. Husbands are welcome. The tour is lead by a midwife and she will answer any questions you have, such as what is provided. If you decide to go with Al Zahra for your delivery, you will be able to schedule a personal appointment with a midwife closer to your due date, to go over your birth plan and ask in more detail about what to bring, etc.
