Thanks for you previous message. I have seen from another thread that you used a doctor from Cooper clinic. Can I just ask, what did it end up costing for the birth? My independent doctor has quoted 6000dhs for her fees plus hospital fees on top which were quoted as 2500dhs for 2 nights. I am just wondering if there would be many extra costs? The Dr Ghada Shate would be a delivery package of 9350 DHS and i'm not sure there would be many more extra costs this way. Obviously, this is all dependent on me having a normal delivery. Although Dr Farnaz is more expensive, she is willing to see me for less antenatal appointments and scans than they do over here in a package so the overall cost looks fairly similar. I'm not sure though if the hospital will add on lots of extra costs? Thanks!
