After weeks of staying up all night and day looking after a very poorly DS our Paed finally took us seriously and ran some tests including stool tests from which it was estabilished DS has intolerances to both soy and milk protein. My poor baby. Hes been crying so much in pain that hes totally lost his voice.

If we were in UK we would easily get a prescription under these circumstances but that just isnt the case here.

I cannot believe how expensive Neocate is and since I've stopped working DH and I have been under alot of financial hardship to make ends meet but i'll do anything for my LO if it will help him get better.

If anyone has any spare cans of neocate perhaps that they are no longer I would highly appreciate the donation or would be happy to buy if you would sell to me cheaper than in the stores.

My email address is [email protected]

Thanks xoxo

Hello Meow, Feel for you as I've been there... Have you tried NAN HA (hypoallergenic)? The protein is much easier to digest, might just be easy enough for your boy and isnt more expensive than regular formula. Good luck! Hi Annakam We tried the NAN HA right in the beginning and it didnt work for DS. More recently we tried Aptamil Pepti Junior and that also didnt work unfortunately. Neocate is just so expensive. The 200 dhs tin doesnt even last a week. Anyway I have purchased some and keeping my fingers crossed in case somebody needs to get rid of theres!
