As far as I know, it is normal that nurseries take 2 weeks off for spring break and 2 weeks for winter break (Christmas). Those guidelines are given by MOSA. Half term breaks are decided by the nursery itself, not all do this. As per MOSA, nurseries are supposed to be closed during public holidays only. Camps during spring break, winter break and summer normally come with an additional charge.

I know that Inspire Nursery takes weeks off but they do a camp scheme, so you can still send your kids in. So in the 2 weeks Easter break they would have a Spring camp, but you would pay for it. I think its 500dhs a week, not sure.

Hi Ladies, is it a regular thing to have 2 weeks Easter Break at Nurseries / Schools here? The Nursery I'm taking LO is having a break (@extra charge) from March 31st till April 11th! (not to mention Half Term Break - another 1 week!). Thanks!
