Hello. I just need ur advice. I am wrking in abu dhabi. I was 10 weeks pregnant before i got married. We got married in our home country amd came back here in ahu dhabi. I only have my marriage contract from the mayor, because the PSA marriage cntrct take too long and the red ribbon and uae stamp in the ph is a long process also. I can get my documents by 2nd wk of January. I went to our HR and infrm them formally about my situation, that im preggy and married already. They are telling me to go home for my safety. My plan is not to dliver here but in ph. By april i will go home. I dont want to go home. I will only wait 1mnth for my documnts. Do i have the right to say no to our hr? Im already married and i can get my documnts by january. Help pls! I need ur advices! Thanks

you cannot fool dubai authorities or hospital if you gave birth here they will ask for you mareiage certificate and they will count the months u are pregnant and when did u get married. Don't take a risk for you and your baby its better to follow your HR.
