Hi. I would like to ask you if you have some experience with registration in Latifa Hospital and repayment the cost by Insurance company (e.g. Buppa Insurance). Buppa doesn't want to repay the cost of registration fee 5000 DHS. Do you have any experience? Tips and tricks? Thanks Erika

Hi erikkusa I lodged a claim with our insurance company for the 5000 dirhams recently. Payment hasn't come through yet but they indicated it would be fine. Have you made it clear to them that it's not simply a registration fee and that under normal circumstances it covers the cost of all your prenatal visits, scans, blood tests etc?
