Hi,
Can anyone offer me any advise, my DD turned 2 in October, however in September TT commenced and went brilliantly, we had the odd accident but thats acceptable, however in the last few weeks things have seriously gone backwards, it started with DD pooping in her pants and then progressed onto 3 or 4 'pee' accidents a day plus a poop accident!! I am at my wits end as to what to do next, DD wasnt this bad when TT commenced initially. We have tried everything from reward chart again, treats, promise of new toy at weekend, threatening nappies again, etc. Anyone any suggestions or been in a similiar situation?:(

"Have some faith, woman, don't give up, it's not like he is going back to nappies. One step back - two forward!" - this is what I keep telling myself :-) My younger one is 27 months, started TT at around 20 months - still occasional accident but we try not to stress it. Just tell him it is ok and next time he has to go to the toilet - slowly, yes, but it is working. Have never tried rewards or threats, my boys does not seem to be impressed with charts - giggles and chasing to the toilet or a book while on it or any other sort of play worked better for us. Sometimes it's just a long road.
