silly question re potty training

I am potty training DS from last couple of weeks, and now he tells when he wants to do no2. I make him sit over the big potty (with a toilet trainer seat cover) and we have been successful in not making the nappy dirty in last few days!
The problem is pee-pee. I don't know how to train him. Should i make him sit or should i make him stand and teach him to aim (:D) Right now i am letting him stand in the bath tub but since i am confused as how do i go about it, it seems he is not really getting the point! any suggestions?
