This is some information I found on an old thread. You might like to try emailing the company direct via the website provided to see if the information is still current. I emailed SMA after I had heard the S26-Gold was the same, this was the reply: There are equivalent SMA products marketed in Dubai by our parent company – Pfizer Nutritionals (formerly Wyeth Nutritionals). They do however go under different names. For instance, the equivalent to SMA First Infant in Dubai is called S-26 Gold and the equivalent of SMA Follow-on Milk is called Promil Gold Whilst these products are manufactured by Wyeth/Pfizer companies, it is important to check the preparation instructions for each product. This is because scoop sizes can vary and the amount of water required for each scoop of powder will change accordingly. There may also be a slight variation in the levels of some of the nutrients and/or some of the ingredients used. The following website could be useful to you - www.atfalwyeth.com I hope you find this information suitable for your needs but should you have any further questions please feel free to contact the SMA Careline again.
